​Dr. Jason M. Levy was the chief of podiatric surgery at Morton Plant / Mease Hospitals. Dr. Levy is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his medical training from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Levy was Chief Resident at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida where he completed three years of training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
