Bruce J. Levine, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Bruce Levine has been in private practice in Clearwater since 1987. Podiatry is a family tradition, and Dr. Bruce Levine has practiced with his father, Dr. Abraham Levine, his brother, Dr. Robert Levine, and his wife, Dr. Joan Brown. Dr. Bruce Levine is a long time resident of the Clearwater/ Dunedin area. He graduated from Pinellas Park High School and attended The University of Florida and the University of South Florida. He received his medical training at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, and he is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Ted P. Couluris, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Couluris has been in practice since 2003 at Foot & Ankle Specialists. He is a graduate of Emory University and completed his medical education at the California College of Podiatric Medicine and served as the Chief Resident at Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. Dr. Couluris is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. He is one of a select list of surgeons certified to perform ankle joint replacement.
Jason M. Levy, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Jason M. Levy was the chief of podiatric surgery at Morton Plant / Mease Hospitals. Dr. Levy is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his medical training from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Levy was Chief Resident at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida where he completed three years of training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. 
J. Russell Lowrey, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Lowrey is a native of the Tampa Bay area and continues the family tradition of providing medical care to the local community. Dr. Lowrey completed his medical training at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. He completed his surgical residency at The Cambridge Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, in Boston, Massachusetts, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Lowrey is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.
Ugonna Anyaugo, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Anyaugo joined Foot & Ankle Specialists in July 2011. He completed his medical education at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and Completed a three year residency program at Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. He specializes in diabetic limb salvage.
Kyle E. Johnson, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Kyle E. Johnson joined Foot and Ankle Specialists in July 2014. Dr. Johnson is a long-time resident of Tampa Bay and a graduate of the University of South Florida. He received his podiatry degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine Science in North Chicago IL. He completed comprehensive medical and reconstructive foot and ankle surgical training at the Yale Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program affiliated with Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.
