Dr. Bruce J. Levine
A graduate of Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Levine is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Wound Management. Dr. Levine also serves as Chairman of the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Department at Morton Plant Hospital.

Dr. Brown is a graduate of Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. She specializes in Geriatric foot care. Dr. Brown completed her residency at J.A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Wound Management.

Dr. Ted P. Couluris
A graduate of California College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Couluris is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Having completed a three-year residency at Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC, he is skilled in all aspects of foot surgery including reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery. Dr Couluris is on staff at most area hospitals in Pinellas County.

Dr. Alexander Stirling
A graduate of Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences, School of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Stirling is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Having completed a residency at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Miami, Florida, his surgical experience includes all aspects of lower extremity care.

Dr. Jason M. Levy
Doctor Jason M. Levy has recently joined Countryside Foot & Ankle. Dr. Levy was practicing as part of a multi-specialty orthopedic practice in the West Palm Beach area. He is currently practicing in our Clearwater office and will soon be expanding to our new Trinity office located on the Morton Plant Mease outpatient campus.
Dr. Levy is a graduate of East Lake High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his medical training from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Levy was Chief Resident at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida where he completed three years of training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Levy’s areas of expertise include foot and ankle trauma, reconstructive forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery, lower extremity wound care, and sports medicine. Dr. Levy volunteered as Wellington High School football team’s assistant physician. He regularly treats a variety of athletes for foot and ankle ailments. In addition, he has performed a multitude of lectures for hospitals and community groups throughout Florida. He was also a member of the teaching staff at JFK and Palms West Hospitals. Dr. Levy has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of lower extremity wounds and infections, as well as limb salvage procedures including those affecting diabetic patients. He was part of the multi-specialty physician team at Palms West Hospital’s Centre for Advanced Wound Healing.

Dr. Larry J. Kipp DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Larry Kipp received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine, in Chicago. Subsequently, he completed his residency in Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at Harrison Community Hospital, Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He also completed a Fellowship in surgery & trauma at the University of Vienna, in Austria.
Dr Kipp continued his medical education receiving his Medical Degree (MD) from Grace University School of Medicine. Additional professional degrees are in Homeopathic Medicine (HMD), Naturopathic Medicine (ND) and a PhD in philosophy.
Dr. Kipp has authored multiple articles in all aspects of foot-ankle-leg reconstructive surgery. He has lectured in Austria, Canada, Mexico and frequently in the US. He has also served as scientific chairman of the Florida Podiatric Medical Association scientific meetings and is the past chairman of the foot-ankle surgery division at University Community Hospital and Tampa General Hospital.
Dr. Kipp is triple board certified in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle surgery, Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Wound Management. He is active in sports medicine and founder of Gasparilla Distance Classic.
Dr. Kipp is in private practice with the Foot & Ankle Specialists group in Clearwater and New Port Richey/Trinity area. He is on the hospital staff of Morton Plant Hospital, Mease Countryside and many local surgical centers.
